"Easily accommodated everything I needed for a week-long trip (without using the expander zipper). The bag is a few inches wider and an inch or so deeper than the old 27" Samsonite that it replaced, the extra space makes a bigger difference than you'd think - I probably could have gotten away with a smaller size. Overall very happy with it; my only complaint is that the suit insert is attached (it's removable) by velcro rather than a zipper - seems a little less durable, but fine so far."

"I purchased this after owning a 27" Samsonite for 10 years. I must say this is a step up in looks and construction. And there is a TON of room in this suitcase (a lot more than the Samsonite). I went on a trip with a friend for a week and when everything was packed in there was still a lot of left over space. On the trip, my friend's luggage zipper broke and so we ended up putting all of his stuff AND my stuff in my suitcase with no problems. Now in retrospect, I probably could have bought the next smaller size because I rarely go on trips lasting longer than 1 week."
