"Although the quality of materials and craftsmanship are outstanding, the design of this garment bag is disappointing, especially when Victorinox is known for its exquisitely and practically designed products. Specifically, no instructions were included to guide the user in properly packing clothes. The basic design of the bag is cumbersome to close and to connect the shoulder strap. Although I'll keep it (I'm urgently needing a garment bag), I would not recommend this product."

"Well made. The only issue is no metal hook for hangers inside. Instead there is a strap. Overall I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it."
