"Very disappointed in the quality of the bag. After about 5 uses, the nylon loop that holds one of the plastic clips for should strap burst. The reason I paid $140 for a duffle bag is so things like this wouldn't happen, especially not after 5 uses! Now I need to send it back to Victorinox."

"What a terrific duffel. The outside front pocket and the outside end pockets are roomy and help a lot with organization. It is also both durable and light weight, as I had to schlepp it through a heavy NYC downpour. The only downside is that the shoulder strap is not very comfortable, but perhaps with use it will soften up."
