They zip together great, about 10lbs for both, perfect for queen size air mattress, flannel fabric on 1 side with all the stuffing will definitely keep you warm. They will work for what we need them for and weight or space it will take in the vehicle is not issue for us. These are on the bulky/heavy side. Obviously, this will not be for backpackers. One concern, fabric on thinner side (only time can tell how many washings it can handle). I bought them on sale and free shipping. Great value. E-bags shipped my order within the next day.
