"Seems pretty well made. Cute bag. Good size for me - I don't store my lunch in a refrigerator at work, so I need something that can hold ice packs. The division into two parts can work for you or against you. Nice if all your cold stuff goes into one section, a pain if you want to use something large (like the one big storage container that comes with this and fills the entire bottom) and still put in an ice pack. No matter what there is plenty of room. Really handy that both compartments have double zippers so you can open them from any place you want. The main thing I was looking for was a long shoulder strap and this has it. It's how I typically carry this along with all my other junk -makes life very easy. The hand strap on the top is sturdy and convenient as well. I also use this for road trips - a couple cans of soda and snacks easy to fit in car and access while driving."
