"This bag ripped the very first day my daughter used it. It is made very cheaply and will not last. I was waiting for the review to come in at six months so the option to rate the "Durability" was available, but I cannot wait any longer or I might forget to write this review. ONLY BUY THIS PRODUCT if you need a backpack for LESS THAN ONE DAY."

"I put a negative comment about this item yesterday, after seeing the same problem from someone else. I am happy to say I receive a response from eBags very fast and they told me that my item was no longer under their warranty but to contact Wildkin. I did that and since I had not had the bag for over 1 year they are replacing it. Very good customer service on both sides."

"I have purchased other items from the Horses in Pink collection because my granddaughter LOVES horses. She loves her sleeping bag and other items. She used this as her backpack for school. After only a short while it ripped but I was thinking maybe she was putting too much stuff in it, even though it is a large backpack. But after reading another review, I agree, they need to reinforce it so it won't rip when used for carrying books, etc. The price isn't cheap...."

"Bag came relatively quick given our overseas location although ebags could not directly ship to military CMR. Bag was immediately enjoyed by daughter and had plenty of pockets to organize her school supplies. Side pocket easily accomadates a large tuppaware drink bottle to keep her hydrated in the warm summer."

"Graphics are very vibrant and clear. Looks exactly how it appears on website. Material seems okay, thinner then I thought. There are lots of pockets for organization and a little padding for front and back of shoulders. Also nice to have interior padding in case my daughter needed to transport a laptop or other delicate electronics."
