"I don't know if I received two bad ones, but they only held up to my children books for only a month before I had to contact the company for replacement. I give the company an excellent score because they asked no questions and replacement both items I purchased. The strapes were not strong enough to handle the heavy book loads my 4th graders have to carry everyday. I would not recommend this product if you have to carry heavy items."

"The zippers are my biggest complaint.2 of the six are broken and I'm not sure it's going to make it through the school year... :( However, it's great fabric and is durable otherwise. But a backpack with bad zippers just won't work."

"My kindergartener loves this backpack. It is much bigger than she needs but we're hoping it lasts for a few years, and they asked for a big one! The material is a little thin so I'm not sure about longevity. Lots of compartments for storage and good adjustments for child height."
