Eligibility

• Participation in the eBags Rewards program is free and open to U.S. residents only
• eBags, Inc. employees and their spouses, parents or children are not eligible to participate in the eBags Rewards program
• Corporate orders are not eligible to earn eBags Reward Club points
• Points can only be applied to the eBags Rewards Club membership belonging to the individual making the purchase

Earn Points on Every Order!

• Anytime you purchase on eBags, you will receive points that will be redeemable towards a future order
• We will take 5% of your order and convert it into points (eg: $100 order equals 5 points)
• Each eBags Rewards Club point converts to one dollar at checkout
• eBags Rewards Club Purchase points will post to your account within 24 hours in a pending status and will be eligible to redeem 30 days from original date of purchase
• Points will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise

Conditions

• Points are not earned on the portion of a purchase that eBags Rewards Club points are used as form of payment
• Points are automatically deducted from your account when used toward a purchase
• Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise
• Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any dollars spent on sales tax or shipping charges applied at the time of purchase
• Points are not awarded for dollars spent on eBags gift certificates or eBags gift cards
• eBags Rewards Club Points have no cash value and are nontransferable
• Points cannot be earned from purchases made prior to signing up to the eBags Rewards Club
• Abuse of this program will result in forfeiting accumulated points and termination of your eBags Rewards Club membership

Redeem Points

• eBags Rewards Club earned points may be redeemed when the Member makes a qualifying purchase through eBags.com
• Points may be redeemed on all product purchases. Points cannot be used toward a purchase of a gift certificate
• Real-time point redemption is available in the cart. You will be asked if you wish to redeem any, all, or a portion of your available points in the cart
• eBags Rewards Club points have no cash value
• No cash will be refunded when the price of a purchase is less than the reward amount
• eBags Rewards Club Points or unused portions thereof will expire 1 year from the date of issuance
• Each eBags Rewards Club point converts to one dollar at checkout

Program Termination

• eBags Rewards Club memberships with no purchase activity in twelve consecutive months will terminate and accrued points will be forfeited
• eBags Rewards Club, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the program rules, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification
• If eBags Rewards Club terminates the program, remaining point balances will be forfeited
