Q. How do I earn points?
A. Anytime you purchase on eBags, you will receive points that will be redeemable towards a future order.

Q. When will the eBags Rewards Club points be applied to my account?
A. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours in a pending status. Provided the items are not returned, the points will be available to redeem in 60 days.

Q. What is a pending status?
A. Points in a pending status are not available to redeem.

Q. How many points will I earn on my order?
A. We will take 5% of your order and convert it into points. (eg: $100 order equals 5 points)

Q. How much is a point worth?
A. Each eBags Rewards Club point converts to one dollar at checkout.

Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. eBags Rewards Club earned points may be redeemed when a Member makes a qualifying purchase through eBags.com. Real-time point redemption is available in the cart. You will be asked if you wish to redeem any, all, or a portion of your available points in the cart.

Q. Can I get points for my prior purchases?
A. Points cannot be earned from purchases made prior to signing up to the eBags Rewards Club.

Q. Will eBags Rewards Club points expire?
A. eBags Rewards Club Points or unused portions thereof will expire 1 year from the date of issuance.
