"Simple and straight forward design and appearance. Withstands moderate and less than severe gusts of wind. Ribs of umbrella are constructed of high-quality plastic material that offers flexibility that metal does not.
Could use a more comfortable handle and non-slip grip." |

"Sadly, the first time I used the umbrella it failed. I believe that a cable in the mechanism disconnected. I contacted Shedrain and was instructed to return it to them rather than to ebags as the item was in fact originally shipped to me directly from Shedrain. I am somewhat chagrined that I had to pay return postage and insurance for a brand new item that I had for less than a week and had not yet used. I have requested reimbursement for these costs in my return letter. Well see what happens." |
