"I received the solo leather bag as a gift. This is the 2nd week that I am using it, and one of the pins that attaches the handle fell out. The other pins have slipped out as well, and I had to push them back in. It turns out that these pins, although they look like screws, don't actually screw into anything. This means there is no way to secure the pins. I am speechless: I can not believe that this is how they actually designed the bag, especially one that cost over $100." |
