I prefer a bag where you can easily grab your keys and phone without putting the whole thing down and fumbling for them. Also its smaller than I thought it would be - too big for a purse (to my taste) but too small to load up for day trips. Cute, but not the most practical." |

"I was looking all over for a backpack-style handbag to take on vacation to New England, and when I found this one through eBags, I knew Id hit the jackpot! I really wanted a bag that had style and didnt look too college student or Sierra Club, and this fit the bill perfectly. The two front pockets were perfect for my cell phone and camera, theres an outside zippered compartment that held my travel documents at the ready, and the main section expanded large enough to hold my gloves and raincoat...just in case :-)" |

"BEWARE OF SEWING DEFECT!...BUT...I love this bag so much that I am keeping it anyway. I purchased this bag on 5-8-09. I loved, LOVED it when I got it. I ONLY use a backpack style purse and this one is perfect for me. HOWEVER, after about 2 weeks, the stitching that attaches one of the backpack straps to the bag failed.
I contacted ebags customer service and they handled the situation perfectly. I purchased THE EXACT SAME BAG again and returned the defective one for a full refund on 5-23-09. UNFORTUNATELY, the EXACT same thing happened with the replacement bag (same strap, same stitching). Once again, ebags offered to give me a 20 percent discount + free shipping on the bag as well as a free shipping label to return the 2nd defective bag for a full refund. Since I love the bag so much, I decided to simply take it to a luggage shop for a repair ($18.50). Ebags HAS given me a discount code for 20 percent off + free shipping for my next purchase and I may very well purchase this bag again, simply knowing that I probably need to get the stitching reinforced on the next one.
I really love the bag - it is exactly what I want and I think that styling is gorgeous. Just know that this bag may have a consistent sewing defect on the straps OR I was just unlucky and got the 2 in existence with this problem." |

"Overall Bag, Okay. Wish interior pockets were deeper. Items placed inside fall out.
Also when bag arrived, had a funny odor that lasted for about a week, Not sure if it was the dye used or the strap material.
Lastly the straps on this backpack are adjustable but could have been about 2 inches longer for added comfort. Straps pinch my armpits.
For the price this bag is okay." |

"I was specifically looking for a backpack style handbag. It needed to be light weight, durable,roomy, classy & cool looking. I looked everywhere stores & online, then I found eBags and knew this was the bag the 1st time I saw it. Ill use it for weeks at a time, switch off to another bag to color coordinate with my wardrobe,etc. It still looks new, plus its easy to wipe clean. I highly recommend Sydney Love for having quality handbags at reasonable prices." |
