"After weeks of exhaustive research, I settled on this bag. Watch the demonstration video it was very helpful. The camera insert holds my small SLR, a zoom lens, and smaller point and shoot. When I get an external flash there will be room for that, too. The camera insert takes up a lot of room but is really worth it. You can access your camera and lenses easily and quickly through the top zipper which was critical for me. I had owned camera bags that have flaps/tops that have to come off or flip backward just to get to the camera and it is really annoying. I am looking forward to taking this into NYC for a day and on vacation. If you cant find a spot for something in this bag, you dont need it. There is room for camera filters, a small/flat wallet and cell phone in one of the two zippered front pockets. Inside are tons of credit card slots, and room for larger items like a nintendo DS under the front flap. Nothing can fall out, either, which was really great. I had five qualities that I wanted a bag to have: doesnt look like a camera bag, top access, relatively lightweight, can fit airplane tickets and magazines or a book, and passes airport carry-on requirements. This is the only bag that had all those things and happened to come in a lovely deep purple. Do not plan to use it with a laptop. I kind of laugh at the people who complain about it being too heavy with a full-size SLR, books and a laptop. Even if the bag weighed five ounces, all that stuff together is really heavy! Would not hesitate to recommend it to friends although I may get a smaller case just for casual events." |

"I searched high and low for the perfect travel bag: it needed to safely hold my laptop and my DSLR camera yet not LOOK like a laptop/camera bag...and this is it. I love this bag, I love all the pockets and organization, I love the color. The top zipper was the selling feature for me, I can slip my camera in and out easily. I plan on using it as my main carry-on/purse on my next European trip, and I think it should work great." |

"This is a great bag. The padding is excellent and it is the perfect size if you need to carry your computer and camera or all of your camera equipment or just want to use it as a messenger bag. If you think you need to carry more that your camera, laptop and a few folders then I recommend the bigger size. Otherwise, this bag truly keeps you organized and forces you to travel minimally. I see that as extremely positive. The brown/chocolate color is great looking. I look forward to walking around with this inconspicuous bag in NYC." |
