"I bought this roller "briefcase" primarily because one of the eBag reviewers said the handle worked well. This is a big problem with most roller bags under $200--flimsy handles that break easily and are hard to tow after that. The evening it arrived, I pulled the bag out of the box and immediately extended the handle and then pushed it back down. In both directions, extending and retracting, the handle rocked from side to side which restricted movement and made it difficult to use. I had to back it down an inch or so to straighten it out enough to be able to continue extending or retracting. Also, it had a flimsy feel to it when fully extended. Finally, it wouldn't lock into position part way up. It had to be fully extended to engage the locking mechanism. My Kensington Contour Overnighter Roller includes more than one position for locking the handle. Thus, it can be locked at a mid-point of the handle's extension. That is very handy at those times when you need a shorter handle." |

"The bag looks very nice. It's large but not so large that it won't fit under a plane seat or comfortably in the overheads. The telescoping handle works just fine for me - doesn't stick as I have read some have experienced. Plenty of room for my laptop (Dell 15") as well as room for paperwork and even room for an extra dress shirt. I don't think you'll find a better bag for the money. The zippers don't zip as smoothly as other bags that I've owned but other than that, I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for something that is easy to wheel and fits just about as much as you need to take along with you." |
