LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDLINES
We stand behind eBags Brand Products with a Lifetime Warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that the original owner of eBags Brand Products experiences a problem, we’re here to help! Please visit our CONTACT US page and one of our team members will reach out!
For eBags Brand Lifetime Warranty claims, we will at our discretion, ask for supporting documentation of the product failure in the form of a photo[s] and/or a written description. In certain instances, we may also ask that you return the bag to us in order to better assess the Warranty claim.
Depending upon the nature of your Warranty claim, we may choose to repair your item, replace it, or offer another form of reparation. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or negligence or natural color and materials breakdown over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee. Shipping charges are not covered.
When creating the CONTACT US form for warranty service, please include the below details
- Original Order Number (if known)
- eBag's PO Number (located on a white tag in the main compartment of your bag)
- Estimated Year of the Purchase (if Order Number is not known)
- Product Color (if known)
- A description of the product issue, with as much detail as possible
*Please note that some limitations apply. The eBags Lifeboat Battery is subject to a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For all other products, both consumer and commercial use (e.g. Airline Flight Crew), excessive wear & tear is not covered. Determination of what is excessive wear & tear is subject to the sole discretion of the eBags Brand Warranty Team.
