Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with eBags is easy. There's no need to create an account first, as you will be prompted to enter a password and create an account during the checkout process. eBags accepts orders by phone, however, we will be unable to process any orders using PayPal as your payment method via phone. For assistance placing an order over the phone, please contact one of our service representatives at 1-800-820-6126. To phone in items from your shopping cart, first locate your Shopping Cart Number listed at the top of your Cart then call us at 1-800-820-6126.

Finding Items

A keyword search box is located at the top of every page. If you prefer to browse through our product selection, just click one of the tabs at the top of the site to find a more detailed category listing. When you find an item that you are interested in, click on the image of the item, or the name of the item to view the product detail page. Here you will find important information such as, product features, available colors, dimensions, weights, customer ratings, and testimonials.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you are ready to purchase an item, first select a color and then click the "Add To Cart" button on the product detail page. This adds the item you just selected to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping just click any of the tabs at the top of the site or click on the left hand navigation menu. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Your Cart link at the top right of every page.

If you’ve added items to your shopping cart, but get interrupted or want to check out on a different computer or mobile device, you can save your cart using your eBags account. Simply click the "Save My Cart" link at the bottom of the shopping cart. You will then be prompted to sign into your account. Once signed in, your cart will be saved, and you can now access it from any computer or mobile device, simply by signing in. Your cart will reflect any changes made, regardless of the device the changes are made from.

Proceed to Checkout

Access the contents of your Shopping Cart by clicking the Cart link at the top right of every page. Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Here you can update the quantity of your items, check the estimated arrival date, or clear your cart completely. When you're ready to place your order, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

As a first time customer, please enter your email address into the New Customers and Guests email field, and click the “Continue as Guest” button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you enter here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) You will be asked to provide a password for your account at the end of the checkout process.

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If the billing address differs from your shipping address, please uncheck the box that states “This is also my billing address” You will be prompted for your Billing Address at a later point.If the item is a gift, you will have the opportunity to create a free Email Gift Card at the end of the order process. Please note: eBags does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's, DPO's, or FPO's at this time, or to countries other than the U.S.

Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We will estimate shipment and delivery dates for you on the order form, and in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive after placing your order. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping for some brands.

Provide a Method of Payment

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. eBags accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal Credit, PayPal® and eBags Gift Certificates. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you're paying with PayPal Credit or PayPal®, you will be prompted to input the appropriate information during the checkout process.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will send you another e-mail at the time of shipment.

Creating an Account

Finally, please create a password for your account on the Order Confirmation page. This makes it easy when you come back to because you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. In addition, you can also earn Rewards Points towards this and future orders. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order. If you forget your password we are always happy to email it to you upon request.
