How to Obtain a Receipt

The order confirmation that you receive via e-mail, serves as your official eBags receipt. We do not include a packing receipt or invoice with the shipment of any eBag's products. We also realize that many of our orders are sent as gifts, and are sensitive about including any documents that would reflect the price.

  • Click the "See your entire order history" link in the "Your Account" section of our website and sign in.
  • Click the Order Number link for the invoice you want to view and then print the order details.

If you are unable to print this invoice, then please let us know and we can mail or fax you a copy.
