Q. How do I join eBags Rewards?

Q. How do I earn eBags Rewards points?
A. Anytime you purchase on eBags, you will receive points that will be redeemable towards a future order.

Q. When will eBags Rewards points be applied to my account?
A. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours in a pending status. Please check your eBags Rewards Summary to find out when your points are available to use and when they expire.

Q. What is a pending status?
A. Points in a pending status are not available to redeem.

Q. How many eBags Rewards points will I earn on my order?
A. For variable Reward promotions, we will take a percentage of your order and convert it into points. (eg: a 2% eBags Rewards promotion on a $100 order equals 2 points). For fixed Reward promotions, we will apply the flat dollar Reward amount to your order if it is eligible less any dollars spent on sales tax or shipping charges applied at the time of purchase.

Q. How much is an eBags Rewards point worth?
A. Each point converts to one dollar at checkout.

Q. How do I redeem my eBags Rewards points?
A. Points may be redeemed when a Member makes a qualifying purchase through Real-time point redemption is available in the cart. If your order total is less than the value of your point balance, the remaining points will stay in your account.

Q. Can I get eBags Rewards points for my prior purchases?
A. Points cannot be earned from purchases made prior to signing up for eBags Rewards.

Q. Will eBags Rewards points expire?
A. Check your eBags Rewards Summary to see when your points expire.
