"Have not used the item yet and there are already scratches on the closure hardware. Overall the bag does not reflect it's price and I doubt that it will hold up to normal use."

"The bag is super cute. However, it is not durable, it's cheaply made, it won't hold bigger than a 15" laptop, the straps do NOT work as a backpack well at all, and the clip to close/lock the back is cheap and came use during the first use. It's a shame because it is so cute, they need to figure out how to better design the straps for use as a backpack. They don't stay in place and when you put one arm in you have to hold the bag in place so the strap does shrink and then you have to pull on it so your other arm fits in. The clip to close is awful, it has to be position just right to work, then it came use literally on the first use. It is made in China and definitely not worth $100! If it was $25 I would have rated it higher on value, but a complete disappointment for the price and quality."
