"I LOVE this bag -- EXCEPT -- for the sternum strap, which I plan to use very frequently. It is very poorly placed. I am a large busted woman, so men won't have a problem at all. While it is adjustable, at the very top of its range it sits right on my bustline, and at the bottom of its range, just before where my bustline ends -- a real "boob squisher". This is not a sternum strap designed with a woman in mind. Overall the bag appears roomy, can fit my monster 17.3" laptop in the dedicated laptop space, and the water bottle compartment is large enough for a 28 oz klean kanteen. Unfortunately, despite all the wonderful other features, I have to return solely due to the not-adjustable-enough sternum strap."
"What I love about this bag: The organization it enables. There are pockets for 2 pairs of glasses, a spot for my business cards, pockets for a smartphone, my laptop, etc. I also like the sleek, simple look of it. I work in higher education administration, and needed a bag that is professional looking. It could also totally work for a student, too, so it's flexible.
What I don't like: The bag is too spacious for my needs. I was surprised by how long it is - definitely at least 6 inches longer than the bag I was using for the last 5 years. I'm a woman and pretty petite, so it just feels too long/large for my needs."
