"I use this bag primarily for going to the gym to workout, but also as an occasional overnight bag. It is a great value and I recommend it highly.
Remember, you're not buying a high end bag. This is a bargain leather bag and for the price, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I will definitely purchase another David King bag."
"It arrived and looked like I expected. The highlighted stitching gives it a slight denim look, and the brown leather is dark enough that it doesn't look too chocolatey. It is the right size for the gig bag I wanted to begin with. It will hold a wah-wah pedal or a surge protector power strip "cross-wise", not lengthwise in the bag, easily - no crowding. The pockets are big enough for microphones or a few stomp boxes, or cords.
It seems to be very durable , and is in fact, rather heavy. I'll be using it for a music gig this weekend. The only thing these bags seems to lack is maybe a zippered inside pocket to hold really important things (like a check!) so it can't possibly get lost with all the other stuff. Other than that, it totally meets my expectations. The main thing about leather bags is that the zippers have to hold up, and not get stuck or rip out after a few uses, especially if it is packed full. Also, the hardware and swivels need to be real brass or steel, not plated pot metal that will break at the least provocation. This bag seems to have those issues covered - no weak links."
