"I was so excited when I recieved this product... that changed! I'll keep this short. It leaks! Where the tube connects to the resivoir leaks. I've tried some things to stop the leak, nothing works so far. My next step is teflon tape,... I hope that works, I would really like to use this product some day. I waited about 2 years before I purchased a product like this. I finally bought one, and I've had nothing but disappointment."
"The bag was faulty. I purchased it for a hike into the Grand Canyon. We ended up with a leaking bag to carry all the way straight down into the canyon. Since we needed water, we had to carry it even when it was discovered to leak. This was very dissapointing."
"Great replacement product. It fit the hydration backpack I had. Thought it might be to long to fit the backpack. I like the nozzle better than the twist lock one I had before. It is great when I go out for a run or walk."
