"What a beautiful set of luggage. I love the color-will be very easy to pick out . Surprising amount of room inside. Love the fact that I can pack inside the top AND bottom with the way the zipper dividersare placed. My only concern is the durability on the outside-will it get scratched? I am told it is scratch resistent so will see with time.
Update: I have used this luggage twice and I've completely changed my mind!! I LOVE IT soft luggage but IT should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this Hardside luggage. My outside shelllooked beautiful at first, but after only 2 uses it is so scratched and damaged that I'm ashamed to ever use it again. And the so called warranty doesn't ""cover" damage done from airline or other type of transportation. Why on earth would I be being buying luggage.?? So now I'm stuck. Please don't believe anyone that tells you that these are scratch resistant!"

"Well, first I received the set of bags free for my review which I thought would be too good to be true. But I got them!! Thank you ebags...you are the best!!! I picked a hot pink color because I have been in the market looking to replace my 10 year old black other popular brand that have traveled the world numerous times.
Honestly, first impression was these are plasticity and flimsy and I think they will crack through years of travel. I keep my bags until I need to replace them. If you are a person who just uses their suitcases in the trunk of your car for small weekend trips, these are for you. I travel internationally and go to the ends of the world, get on buses, subways, planes, camels, elephants, mopeds, monkey's try to open my bags! I have serious have traveled the world!!
On a positive side they are shiny, come in a variety of colors. Lightweight and have a zipper divider the separates the insides. Telescoping handles look decent. Wheels work well.
However, if you are a person who buys for long term purchases ebags has other brands think will serve all of us better in the same price range."

"My three piece set just arrived. I am reporting my initial thoughts because I have not used it yet. I removed the pieces from the box. I immediately noticed that the largest piece had some minor visible defects. The hard shell had been incorrectly punched for the thread to be used to sew in the zipper. New supernumerary holes were punched to use, leaving the original ones unhidden. I also felt that the shell was very thin and flimsy. I wondered if it could resist puncture by sharp objects during airport handling. The wheels looked weak, as well. I put it next to my similar Samsonite case for closer comparison. The Samsonite is sturdier, made better and has two locking side clamps and a combination lock in the center under the handle. The new IT has no solid latches nor locks. They use zippers to close the two parts of the shell. The Samsonite has very sturdy handles for lifting and pulling. The IT handles are no match. I will use my new IT cases during real world travel and then assess their viability and worth. I will then report again regarding the outcome.
