90% or more of customers must say they would recommend it.
"It is very compact and does not expand with contents. Basically fis only a laptop and maybe a book. Also, the buckles on the front are fixed, and cannot be adjusted. Rear flap does not come down far enough to latch."
"I saw someone with this bag on the DC Metro when I was on vacation there in October of 2009. I loved it and my daughter actually went up and asked the guy what brand it was. As soon as I was back home, I found the bag online and ordered it. I have used it everyday for almost 3 years now. It has traveled with me all over the world, and takes abuse well. I have a set system of things that "live" in it and it has worked better for me than any other briefcase I have owned. I have had no problem with the buckles, aside from the little screws in the dowel rod loosening up every once in a while, which can be fixed in about 3 seconds with my pocket knife.
It has aged beautifully, and the few scratches it's received buffed out just fine. I can't say enough good things about this bag- it looks good in every situation; I have received dozens of compliments and it has been a constant companion for 3 years. You won't be disappointed!"
"Better than I though for the price. Very sturdy construction. Lots of storage. Fits my Macbook air 13" and ProBook 15.4" perfect plus files, notepad, and other small stuff. I would definitely buy again!"
"This bag FAR exceeds the value for the dollar. I've looked at a hundred bags ranging in price from $100 to $800 and this one is at the bottom of the price range and the top of the quality range. I wish therewasa little more in compartmentalization but it fits my lapto and all my essentials."
"Gorgeous bag, has that wonderful leather smell, and the color is beautiful! The only slight annoyance is that there are no small inner pockets (for a phone, camera, iPod, whatever) in the main interior space, just the two on the front. This, combined with the fact that it can be hard to buckle the flap closed if you've got a lot in the bag, can leave some rather expensive electronics either vulnerable to squishing under books in the main part of the bag, or vulnerable to pickpockets in the front pockets."
"Very durable, but note that the buckles aren't adjustable, so the bag can't actually expand, Consequently, the bag can get a little tight if you put too much into it. I can squeeze in a 10.1" netbook and charger just fine, but a full 15.6" laptop with a 10-key on the keyboard doesn't leave room for much else on that side of the briefcase.
Back side likewise can't be crammed full without making it difficult to latch the magnetic button closures.
Overall great bag, so far."

"A sturdy construction with quality leather but poor design. First, the latches hang up constantly and its a two handed operation to get them open. Second, there is no provision to store a computer power cord and perhaps a mouse. Third, the case does not stand up on its own...constantly falling over which makes folders and papers slide out onto the floor. I probably should have returned the case to exchange for something different."
"Bag looks great, and has held up great for the six months that I have had it. I use everyday and carry a portfolio, a laptop and an iPad, as well as several smaller items with no problem. Would definately buy this again."
