"I bought this suitcase before my summer internship. I was going to fly out to NYC and start my 2 week training, which constituted traveling to different cities and running up and down the streets of Manhattan, as well as up and down endless flights of stairs and cramped subways. I knew I needed something VERY sturdy and preferable not made of fabric. It also needed to be incredibly light and store a good amount of weight. I found this suitcase in Dillard's with a hefty price tag, then found it on eBags! I could not be happier with it. It looks great, and the best part about it (besides being super light) are the wheels. You can push the suitcase in any direction unlike conventional suitcases. I thought the plastic material would be easy to clean only to find out that it doesn't get dirty! Just another bonus of this suitcase. I think it weight maybe 8 pounds, possibly. I filled it to capacity and it still weight under 50 pounds, so great for flying! I plan on getting the carry-on size of this. I was short on cash at the time but will definitely buy it next time I need it. I would highly recommend this suitcase to anyone who wants a low maintenance, lightweight, durable, and fashionable item."

"My teenage daughter had an upcoming choir trip planned to Europe ¿ they would be visiting several countries within two weeks and would be on the road constantly. The luggage needed to conform to the standard 50 pounds but only 58 linear inches or fewer in overall dimensions. This knocked out the large durable soft sided luggage I was planning to loan her because when packed it would've expanded a bit beyond 58 linear inches plus it was a very heavy suitcase to begin with (17 pounds). My goal was to find a large enough suitcase with a harder exterior but which would provide nearly the same interior room as my big clunky suitcase. I obviously didn't want to spend a ton of money since I hadn't planned on an additional suitcase purchase to begin with. And the lighter obviously the better so that she needn't worry about the 50 pound weight restriction after making a few purchases in Europe. Thankfully, I ran across eBags on the Internet and found this wonderful spinner suitcase! After loading it up this weekend it came to a grand total of fewer than 40 pounds. Plenty of room to add a few items. It's sturdy, very easy to roll through the airport, and she loves the purple color, saying it will be a cinch to spot among all the black luggage on the luggage carousel. The previous reviews were excellent and the price was very very reasonable especially when you consider the quality. It turns out that the interior dimensions were pretty much the same as my clunker so we didn't lose any packing space with the slightly smaller exterior. I had told D that if she preferred the clunker after this trip that I would gladly trade but unfortunately for me she has fallen in love with it. I want to add, too, that eBags has an excellent, helpful website and no surprises on delivery. We are delighted with our purchase!"

"I was actually on a cruise when this e-mail came to me and it was a perfect time to rate my purchase of the Kenneth Cole Reaction spinner. When I packed the Kenneth Cole bag for my trip, I used my e-bag cubes for organization and compactness. The total weight ended up at 46.8 lbs. I could easily zip it, and even had some extra room in the event I needed to pack items if I purchased anything on my cruise. In addition I had a small carry-on and large tote so I did not overpack!! When the bag got to my stateroom, every corner had becoming unzipped and a couple of places along the sides had also come apart. I didn't feel I had a choice but to purchase a new piece of luggage once I reached our first port of Nassau...as I didn't want to take a chance of losing my clothes on my return trip home. My daughter-in-law took the defective piece on with her since she was driving from the ship port in Fort Lauderdal, Fl to her home in the Keys. It rezipped perfectly when empty or partially filled, but needless to say I don't trust it now, so it's useless and definitely not reliable. I am very very disappointed and I had not budgeted an extra $200 to buy a new one while vacationing so this was a huge inconvenience to me both timewise and budget wise. This was the second time I had used it so it was very much in an "unused" like new condition."
