"Lipault luggage is awesome, and extremely lightweight. This carry on glides effortlessly on 4 wheels, especially when rolling down an airplane aisle! I also have the 4-wheeled 25" bag and 16" business case. All are great."

"This bag has replaced my wonderful Hays Eco cases as my new favorite luggage ever! It is absolutely gorgeous - I have the purple. The material seems nice and tough, though I bought this bag for carry on rather than bag check trips (will stick with my green Eco case set for that), and easy to wipe clean. The inside organization is excellent for me - some nice pockets inside (and out) but not too many - I don't like lots and lots of little pockets personally. It holds an enormous amount of stuff if you want to push its limits. By itself, the case is EXTREMELY light weight, and because of the very soft sides and minimal framing, it holds much more than you would think. I use compressible packing cubes so that the bag does not appear overstuffed, and they work great. The carry on is a dream to roll on its spinner wheels, and very true to the size dimensions stated - Lipault is one of those luggage companies that measures their dimensions on the outside, to include wheels/handles, so getting a 22" case means just that - not a case inflated to 23 or more inches because the dimensions given were inside ones. I have a couple of other Lipault pieces, and I just love this brand - can't praise it enough! Be clear, though, that this is quite soft-sided, and although nicely padded to keep things protected, if the bag has been very minimally packed, it will not hold its shape very well. But its softness is also what makes it very forgiving for getting in "just one or two more things." Although it is extremely flexible for getting into overseas boarding gate size measuring racks, the bottom where the wheels are is solid and does not "give" - this luggage would do fine as a carry on with most carriers, but NOT for the extremely size-limiting European small regional or budget carriers, so you need to pay attention to size limits. And to weight limits too, since using collapsible cubes reduces volume, but not weight!!!
Love my purple Lipault!"
