"I use this daily for work and it has taken the strain off my back/neck. The wheels are sturdy & roll smoothly. The handle is long enough that I can pull it comfortably (I'm 5 foot 7 inches tall). All openings zip shut and there is enough room for important documents, pens, etc. Also, my 17.3" Dell fits in this bag. Lastly, I got the bright green and everyone compliments on the pretty color and how functional it is. The price was at least $30-$120 more on other sites so you can't beat the price on eBags. Love this bag."

"First, the con: The newer version of the willowbrook (with clips instead of zippers to attach to wheels) does NOT have a strap to "piggyback" onto other luggage. I wish it did. Having said that, it's the only negative. I really love this bag. I am a Legal Nurse Consultant and use this bag whenever I visit my attorney-clients. I like the loud orange leather as it makes a classy and bold statement. I can fit more than one legal sized file in the bag, which is very helpful for carrying the medical record to/from the firms and for presenting my work products to the attorneys. I first ordered the La Grange, but found the vertical orientation to feel awkward (in spite of my 5 ft 7 in frame) and though I could fit ONE legal sized file in it, it was tight. The Willowbrook is a better fit and feels more comfortable carrying it on my shoulder. The clips are easier to use than the zipper attachment system and looks more tailored on the wheels also. The handle was stiff at first, but is fine now. It extends to approx 40 inches, which is also great for my height. As stated earlier, I wish it had the strap to piggyback onto other luggage, but even so, I would purchase again in a heartbeat. I get tons of compliments on it (especially from the female attorneys!). Fabulous bag! Dear ebags: if you wish, I'd be happy to be a walking bilboard for your products...send me a green one and I'll change up which bag I carry! (It was so hard to choose a color, as all of them are beautiful!)"

"I bought this in 2010, after hurting my back, and it really saved me. I've been able to fit a lot into this bag, and have used it both in professional settings and as a graduate student. Overall, I have gotten two years of use out of this bag and mostly been pleased. However, the rubber on the wheels wore off unevenly after about a year of use, so it makes a bump-bump-bump sound and is too low to the ground and thus drags leaves with it in the fall! (I need to look into getting replacement wheels for it.) The rain cover ripped quite easily once when I didn't notice that it was dragging on the ground underneath the bag, about a month or two after I bought it. More recently, the fabric near the zipper ripped. For the price that I paid, I would have expected a great deal more durability! It needs to be able to withstand NYC sidewalks, curbs, potholes, autumn weather, airports, stairs, etc. The other issue is that I need to use stairs a lot (to get into and out of the subway) and the bag is quite heavy when full. I'm not sure that there is much to be done about that, but in the future, I might purchase a nice-looking but not leather bag to try to reduce the weight."
