Detailed Product Description
For more than 25 years, the OGIO Locker Bag has been the favorite gym bag for fitness fanatics who like to keep things organized. Fits neatly into most gym lockers, and provides compartmentalized organization for all your belongings.
"I bought this bag because my wife and I just changed which gym we belong to. We've been 'workout people' for 30+ years and the new gym had traditional-size standup (tall) lockers. I was cramming my current workout bag into these lockers and stuff was falling out and getting tossed around. This new bag fixed all that. I am loving it. It just seems to fit everywhere better than my old bag; behind the seat in my car, on the shelf in my closet, etc.
I also love the small bottles and organization area in the 'front door' compartment. It has ventilation areas to keep clothes/shoes from getting too musty. All very nice.
Probably the only drawback is the physical size. It's not too small - I just had to be a bit more judicious about any 'extras' I keep in my bag (my old bag used to be packed to be ready for anything). My wife thought about getting one but she had trouble fitting all her stuff in there (ie. curling iron, mini hair dryer, etc). So it might be a bit tight for people who need to carry a lot of 'extra' items."
"I just received my Ogio Locker Bag and I've only used it once, so I'll give my initial impressions here. I should say I had several concerns about the bag prior to buying it. I thought it was on the expensive side for a gym bag. I also was worried about how well it would fit in my gym's lockers. I wasn't sure if my size 13 gym shoes would fit in it, and I was worried that it would be too bulky and heavy, as I walk to and from the gym. None of these things turned out to be a problem. For one, I think the cost of the bag is reflected in the quality of the construction and the materials, and I think it was easily worth the price. This is really more like a piece of luggage than a typical gym bag and it looks like it will last for many years. Also there is so much thought put into the design of this bag, it is very impressive. I wish every product was this well thought-out. I use the bag for one change of clothes, towel, flip-flops, and gym shoes (my size 13s fit just fine) which go in a separate compartment at the bottom. Toiletries go in the front "door". There is a nice compartment for damp socks and shorts for after the workout. The main compartment is also well ventilated through a high tech breathable material. The one thing the bag doesn't have is a special place for a water bottle, although there is plenty of room left over in the main compartment to include one. There are plenty of outside pockets for wallet/cellphone, magazines, etc. The bag also fits easily into the lockers at the gym, and I feel so much more organized than I used to with my old bag. The bag is bigger and heavier than what I used before, but I don't find it to be a problem. However it is something to consider if you are going to be carrying the bag all day. The bag can be carried either on the shoulder or by the handle, and it's quite comfortable. Also, I think the bag has a cool look, and definitely a unique one. I am very pleased with this purchase!"
"I really like the design of this bag, although there are a few things I would improve on it.
1. I would make it lighter
2. I would have double zippers everywhere there is a zipper.
3. I would allow the divider in side to be adjustable."
