"The photos are representative. I was looking for a carry-on smaller than the 21" standard that would be sufficient for my twice monthly business trips. The larger conventional bags are too heavy. I have only used it once but it was much easier to maneuver than my other bags. I was skeptical of the 4-wheel design but that's actually a plus. The top section closes up with a zipper and the bottom section has elastic straps that hold items in place. I find this better for organization and ease of finding things than the usually carry-on style. I was surprised that this was the case. It zips all the way around and has a small amount of expansion available with a second zipper. The one down side to these bags is they have no exterior zipped pouches. I have found those handy for placing the restricted liquid zip lok prior to reaching security for quicker processing. I had to stuff all that in my already full computer/business over the shoulder instead. But overall I will make that adjustment because this is so much easier to manage due to its light weight and wheels. I am in airports at least 7 or 8 days a month so this is an important consideration."

"The suitcase looks great, feels solid and handles well. So far I've only used it on one round trip from Georgia to Iowa via AirTran and a small regional carrier. I did not have to check it so it wasn't subjected to that abuse but I did cart it, with my briefcase slid over the extended handle, all over Lambert/St. Louis, Hartzfield/Atlanta, a couple of hotels and two homes. That's quite a lot of walking on tile, carpeting, asphalt, concrete and escalators. I had to lift it in and out of buses, car trunks and overhead bins; lug it up and down stairs; and repack several times for mini-trips. Every handle, strap, extension, wheel and zipper worked as it should and felt sturdy. I probably over-packed it but the zippers and seams held up well. I am very pleased."

"This suitcase is the best thing I have used EVER, and I'm a well-traveled forty-year-old. I just spent 10 days in Costa Rica, during the rainy season, traveling on teeny weeny planes within the country, and I used this for the entire trip. It was PERFECT - perfect size, perfect material, immediately stood out from the rest of the luggage when the airport employees piled it all together. I was easily able to fit everything I needed into it, and the "spin" factor was a huge bonus while waiting in and moving slowly through long lines at passport control. Super easy to pick it up and just toss it wherever--onto the security belt, into taxis, etc. The fact that it is SUPER light was the big draw for me, since I had to adhere to strict weight limits on the teeny planes, but its light weight is only one of this suitcase's many awesome factors. Taking it to Paris in two weeks - can't wait. Only one thing I would ask: I wish it were available in metallic green!!"
