"I originally bought this set from another company and it got "lost" so i ended up ordering the bags from ebags and got it in a few days. I opened the box and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. No tears, nothing broken and the fact that i got it within days of my order was very impressive. I used it for a family vacation. We flew and i have heard how hard the airlines are on bags and ours came through without any problems. We used the small bag for our everyday outings which was perfect to carry snacks, drinks, and sunblock. The large bag was perfect for all the essentials and we only needed the next size down to fit the extras. So overall we didn't really even need a set this big. But i have found other things that all the bags seem to work for. My children went to camp and they used the bags for their things it had no problems going over gravel and the wheels stayed in tacked. I was worried for a moment but they handled it just fine. I would totally recommend this set to my friends and family, its a good quality for a good price."

"Very poorly made. I have used two of the bags, one more than once. Both have been destoyed by the airlines in what appears to have been typical handling. Zipper busted on one and the other the piping was worn really badly both of these were on first usage. I won't buy this type of item again from you. But I will buy again. I love everything else I have ever purchased from eBags. I should have known better than to go for the cheap unknown brand. I am million mile AA traveler and close to that on US Air as well. These bags do not hold up under the duress of airline travel."

"Got sucked in by the low price. Like everything else, you get what you pay for. First problem, they don't stand up when packed. They are constantly flopping on the floor. I should have spent more and got "spinners" or whatever they are called.
And used them a few times and checked them on flights. They are already showing wear signs from the tumble of being checked.
Penny-wise, pound-foolish; avoid them."
