"First time to deal with ebags.com. First time use Under Armour Backpack. Overall, It is pretty satisfy with the products and services of Ebags customer services. Backpack is pretty comfortable to wear, Style is fashionable. Backpack with a lot of compartment for Portable Accessories such as External Battery, Pens, Business Cards, Notebooks. I prefer to have a smaller backpack, If this backpack comes smaller and remain the same style, then will be perfect. Anyway, This is a great backpack, and I would recommend this to friends."

"My 14-yr old son likes this backpack; however, it is already evident, after only 6 weeks of use, this backpack will be lucky to last the year. Whatever coating is on the bottom is already peeling off. The last Under Armour backpack he owned lasted three years. Very disappointed in the quality."
